LF125 / Issue with bike starting
« Last post by Allmanator on September 08, 2013, 12:52:49 PM »I have had my LF125-14F for a year now and there has been no serious issues with it since Easter this year when there was an issues with selecting gears turns out it was a tensioning spring on an arm underneath the selector drum teeth on the left hand side of the engine. That was replaced and the engine was out back in the frame the other day and all wires have been connected up and it won't start now. The battery has 12.5V in and when the front brake is pulled on the lights on the clocks light up and that's it. The neutral light won't come on even though it's in neutral and the electric cut off switch is in the on position so power is getting there. There is no spark is when the engine is cranked over with the kickstart, power is getting through but there seems to be a short some where so any help would be grateful but I do need it soon as I use it to commute back and forth to work.
