Have you been running ethenol laced gasoline? I have heard that is not good for any bike.

I use a heavy duty automobile signal relay switch, (the round/spherical kind). It should have two prongs to plug in and you can buy them at any auto parts store. The winkers will blink a little faster than when using the Chinese signal relay switch(the Chinese relays are too slow anyway). The auto relay switches normally cost around 3$ and will last years instead of months. But this only seems to work on the LF250 models. The relay switch is on the RH side of the cycle. Let us know if this works for you?
My starter was acting up at times - trouble or delay in turning engine over. It finally wouldn't work. I push the starter switch, the lights dimmed some, biut no noise at all - dead starter. Replaced my original 4 year old battery but didn't help, got a new starter but it didn't help either.Have you had problems with turn signals? That has been a problem with my 250. If it shorts out it can draw current all the time. If that's the problem disconnecting it will remove the current draw and allow you to start the bike.
The lights dimming when I press the starter switch means something is drawing power, right?
Could it be a relay, and where is it located on the Lifan C25 cruiser?
