Hi all, I am new to this forum. I have had the 200 for about 3-4 years now. Not been much of a problem other then the idle getting out of adjustment and the fact that the guy that was selling them here in town didnt put them together well so I had to tight and replace alot of blots.
My 15 year old son just got his permit so we have been doing a fair bit of ridding off and on. Lately the back break has been siezing due from what I can tell is overheating? Does that sound right? If we let it sit for 10-20 minutes it releases and lets the rear wheel turn just fine.
How do I check for what might be causing the breaks to overheat? could it be there is TOO MUCH break fluid or too little? When you look at the break fluid container by the throtle it is just over half full when the bike is level. Could it be that the engine oil is low or needs changed and the engine is overheating causing the break fluid to over heat and sieze the back breaks up? It doesnt occur on the front breaks at all.
Lost, please help.....
