My 2004 Lifan C25 250 V-Twin has no spark. It has 10,000 miles on it. On extremely rare occasions when you try to start it, it will run for about 3 to 8 seconds and go dead. I discovered if you hold the start button in like you were going to start it and turn the key on it will fire up and run for about 3 seconds. But basically there is not spark at all 100% of the time. The plugs are new and there is no spark. Is the CDI bad?
