Hi fellow members. It seems to be about time for me to share my unfortunate situation with Rabbit Scooters.
I present the facts: My Gallata GRX200 purchased from Rabbit scooters.com
I purchased my bike on 12-28-07 and as of today 03-11-08 my purchase agreement has not been fulfilled. The time frame is 74 days.

Delivered damaged.............01-04-08 04
Reported damage...............01-04-08 04
told me all parts in stock on,. 01-04-08,
be shipped on Monday.......01-07-02
Online claim filed...............01-06-08 06
Shipment notice................01-11-08 11
Shipment sent..................01-14-08 14
Partial shipment rec...........01-18-08 18
Waiting on 4 parts.............02-25-08 59
Rec, 2 wrong parts............03-06-08 69 ( +2 parts are correct)
Waiting on 2 parts.............03-11-08 74 days
74 days and still waiting.
Most of my phone call and e-mails have never been returned.
My call on 3-6-08, and E-mail on 3-7-08 with photos, also have not been returned.
This post is meant to present the facts.
I am not interested in arguing with anybody regardless of who you are, or think you are. Period
