Hello there, was hoping to find an LF 250 forum and lo and behold here is one.
Great.
Was wondering if anyone else out there has had the same problem as I'm experiencing.
I've tried to remove the back wheel from my wifes Lifan 250c crusier.
But the axle bolt head is on the side closest to the exhaust pipe. This means as I see it that the top pipe has to come off to allow the axle to be pulled through.
But no, you can't remove just the top pipe, it is atached to the real/bottom one and they won't go low or high enough to clear the axle bolt.
Question, does anyone else have the answer to my dilemma.
She picked up a 3 inch galvanised nail in the tyre , it punctured both the tread and the side wall and obviously the tyre though it has only done 1800 odd K's is shagged.
Hate holiday time no one around to replace the tyre or to do the removal and reinstatement of the bloody back wheel.
Look forward to seeing if any else has got an answer cheers.
Mark.
