When warming up the choke stays on too long and the motor runs too fast, causing the clutch to try and engage at the higher speed. Then the choke goes off and the motor slows too much. After a few Km it sorts itself out when the whole motor is warmed. Keep forgetting abt the side stand kill switch. I'm basically satisfied with it. The fuel tank is too small--4L, and the mirrors don't clear my elbows, so I can't see behind me. I'll make extension plates to move them out wider. The electrical system is too weak at idle--it won't support the head and brake lights, even on low beam. The fuel gauge sender is poorly made, the wiper often moves away from the arcs and disconnects. I'll try making the float align vertically to reduce lateral leverage on a thinner wire which is pre-tensioned to keep wiper engaged.
