I own a Lifan GY 200 Hunter. I have trouble starting it in the afternoon. It really struggles but eventually fires. When I do get it to start it's fine and even if you switch the bike off it doens't struggle to start up again. I recently replaced the Battery and the sprockets and chain. This morning it sounded as if the starter was being smothered. I had to use the kickstart everytime to get rid of it before I could use the starter button. I also have to mention that I used the bike on daily basis for months and then I got a pickup so the bike stood at the back of my house for almost a year.
Oh yeah I also live in South-Africa...
