I purchased a lifan 200cc from t-motorsports.com and I am pretty sure were talking about the same model.  How much difference do the carb jet mod. make? Do I need to make it a priority to make that change before riding or inspection?  Where is the best site to buy the jet, if there is a part number that would help greatly.

You need to do the air box mod as well as the jet at the same time. Their is no priority to do this first but it does make a big difference in the performance of the bike. You can find the parts on my parts page @ www.lifan-moto.com.
