Hi all. I got a hold of American Lifan and they will be E-mailing me a list of Authorized Lifan Dealers.

I already know of one dealer within driving distance and spoke with him on the phone. He has invited me to pay him a visit that I am looking forward to, as time and weather permit.

Hi. The guide lines you have set forth will certainly benefit the entire membership. I am a firm believer in free speech and I feel this is one of the most important components of our society. A forum that is allowed to run out of control impeding free speech does not serve in the interest of the general membership. Through honest and fair communication can we as  members establish a viable organization that will grow.

It was very difficult for me to post this most unpleasant situation that am going through. It was, and still is my hope for an amicable resolution. There was no doubt in my mind that its seriousness would not be understood. I simply stated the facts that if negative to some, were not caused by my actions. I have been waiting for this issue to be resolved, but its outcome is not in my hands. No one should question the price I have paid over the last 2 months while I maintained extreme civility when comunicating with the business I"m involved with.

Hi fellow members. It seems to be about time for me to share my unfortunate situation with Rabbit Scooters.
I present the facts: My Gallata GRX200 purchased from Rabbit scooters.com

I purchased my bike on 12-28-07 and as of today 03-11-08 my purchase agreement has not been fulfilled. The time frame is 74 days.

order date.......................12-28-07 Day 01
Delivered damaged.............01-04-08 04
Reported damage...............01-04-08 04
told me all parts in stock on,. 01-04-08,
be shipped on Monday.......01-07-02
Online claim filed...............01-06-08 06
Shipment notice................01-11-08 11
Shipment sent..................01-14-08 14
Partial shipment rec...........01-18-08 18
Waiting on 4 parts.............02-25-08 59
Rec, 2 wrong parts............03-06-08 69 ( +2 parts are correct)
Waiting on 2 parts.............03-11-08 74 days

74 days and still waiting.

 Most of my phone call and e-mails have never been returned.
My call on 3-6-08, and E-mail on 3-7-08 with photos, also have not been returned.

This post is meant to present the facts.
I am not interested in arguing with anybody regardless of who you are, or think you are. Period

HI. If the vibration is is noticeable due to  fairing noise, that can be helped by isolation using rubber pads between the fairings and their mounting points. Adding rubber pads to the sides of the motor won't work, since the bolts still make contact inside the motor mounting lugs.

Hi Jim. What are the differences bettween a GY5 and a GY6? I don't know much about them but they sure look nice.

Sounds like your from Canada! :) I spend about 2 to 3 month's in B. Bay Ontario where I have a summer resort.

Hi, I don't have one, but I'm seriously considering buying one. Any tips on what I should be looking for when comparing the ones that are out there?  Say, price, or differences worth, or not worth paying for?

I'm retired to, and agree that 250cc is all thats really needed.

HI Guys. I,m so fed up with my LF200iii being DOA that I'm seriously considering buying at least one other bike.

A) 200/250cc dual sport

B) 250 cruiser

C) 200cc sport (not another 200iii)

I would like to start getting info based on member experiences.
