Title: assembly

Is there anything I need to know before I begin assembly of my 200-III.... I have purchased the upgrades they are on the way.  I just dont wanna have any gray areas during assembly!

Hi,

Nothing that is not straight forward. You will see everything that needs working out, such as mounting the front wheel, spreading out the bars and tightening them down, that sort of stuff. I guess the main thing is that on all the main bolts that you will not be loosening often you should use some loctite, red or blue.

This is really needed on the rear hub, but it can wait until you change your rear sprocket if you have that coming. I have used red loctite on all my bikes.

Man I cant thank you enough your help and tips have been very important to make my experience the very best possible.  Tomorrow I will be ridin all day (as long as the rain holds off here in Louisville).  Have a good one!
