Try changing the bulb. The tail light bulb is a 2 element bulb, one element may have burnt out.

An LB200 isn't an A. Lifan or a Lifan made motorcycle... yes they share parts but I couldn't say exactly what parts as I have not sold that brand.
What parts are you looking for? Pictures of the parts will also help.

There are new pictures on their web site but currently I'm not sure what bikes are coming in. A. Lifan is under complete new management plus they just moved most everything to CA.

I wish I could help... It may have a Lifan engine in it but it May Not be a Lifan Motorcycle. I'm in the USA and Lifan does not bring in any small dirt bikes @ this time. They had a 90cc & a 110cc but they are now discontinued. Lifan sells engine to many different manufactures.

I haven't heard of an issue like this, except the issue of the fuel lines being installed incorrectly from the factory from the petcock to the fuel pump to the carburetor. I first would check the lines for dry rot cracking and replace all of them if necessary.

This has been a common issue with all of these V-Twin 250's. Evan the Yamaha Route66, XV250 & Star 250 {all the same bike} have the same issue.
