Hi

I have just built up a bike that was stripped to a billion pieces. what a learning curve! I figured out most of it by looking at other bike tear-down drawings and the like.  My first ever work on a bike. I have everything done and the bike is purring, except for the front lights -  trying to source a bulb that fits - might just rig a car bulb if it will work?

I have never done this before so excuse my lack of knowledge here.

A few questions:

could anyone explain what the diode pack in the front does?

Does anyone have a pin-out for the indicator unit?

How do I test the Regulator/Rectifier (5pin). Will it blow anything if it does not give out 12v?
