You don't say where you are located and I have not seen one of these in the U.S so I can't say if it is a genuine "American Lifan".  However you can try this guy in Northern Ohio.  He is a Lifan dealer.

Hi guys , i've just bought a 125 cruiser to get me started till i pass my test. Lovin it so far . I now need to change the oil can anyone tell me the quantity of oil it holds ?
I have read somewhere that these engines the same as Honda ? maybe produced under license, is that true because it would be good to get a manual for the engine.

i just bought one of these and it stutters when i get to about 8000 rpm/50mph in top.ive cleaned carbs,jets,filters,ect.does anyone have one?are they restricted?or does anyone know what the problem could be.ps anyone know where i can get a manual?
