LF250 / 1st and 2nd gear keep slipping into nuetral

Hello,
I wanted to know if anyone has ever had a problem with either first or second gear slipping into neutral, doesn't always happen, but does happen at the most inopportune moments, like when at an intersection, and my turns comes up to get out into traffic, about halfway out I lose power and need to reengage gears in order to keep moving because they slipped out, wondering what could be causing it?? Anyone got any ideas?

Just wanted you all to see the Motorcycle I bought about 2 months ago, already put 1500 km on it and changed oil at 300 and 1100 respectively, would appreciate any tips on maintenance though!!!!
