Title: lf 125-a excluive custom stutters

i just bought one of these and it stutters when i get to about 8000 rpm/50mph in top.ive cleaned carbs,jets,filters,ect.does anyone have one?are they restricted?or does anyone know what the problem could be.ps anyone know where i can get a manual?(http://)
