Title: Throttle cable adjustment

Heys , I am new here and just purchased a used 2007 Lifan 150cc Milan and love it! Only problem is that I need to know how to adjust the throttle cable so that it would stay on while idling? OR, if it even possible to adjust the carburetor (sp)? Thanks guys!!

There is or at least should be an idle adjustment screw on the carb.  If you look in the direction of the carb while you twist the throttle it will be apparent where the adjustment screw is.  Now days many idle mixture screws are covered or sealed at the factory to ensure emissions compliance and therefore cannot be adjusted.
